Customers are responsible for submitting accurate sizing, shipping, and order information. The Nail Boss LLC is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect sizing submitted by the customer.

Custom orders are created based on the details and inspiration provided by the customer. Final handmade designs may vary slightly from inspiration images and are not guaranteed to be exact replicas.

Production typically begins once sizing and order details are confirmed. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

The Nail Boss LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if a requested design cannot be completed safely, accurately, or within current service offerings.
