Shipping policy

All Nail Boss sets are handmade to order.

Production time:
Most orders are completed within 2–4 business days after sizing is received, and all order details are confirmed.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Once your order is complete, it will be packaged and shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, holidays, weather, or other delays outside of The Nail Boss LLC’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Nail Boss LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Local orders:
Local pickup or drop-off may be available upon advance arrangement.
