HOW CUSTOM ORDERS WORK

01 — SEND YOUR INSPO

Send me your inspiration photo, color palette, theme, or a description of what you have in mind.

02 — CHOOSE YOUR DETAILS

We’ll confirm your preferred shape, length, design direction, and any important details before I start.

03 — SEND YOUR SIZES

I’ll need your individual nail sizes before production begins. If you don’t have them yet, use one of The Nail Boss sizing options first.

04 — I CREATE YOUR SET

Once your design and sizing are confirmed, I’ll handmake your custom set just for you.

Nothing goes into production until the important details are confirmed.

COLOR + DETAILS

Send a color palette, specific accents, glitter, rhinestones, patterns, textures, or other design ideas you love.

INSPO

Have a reference photo? Send it over. I’ll use it as inspiration while creating a custom set that fits your style.

Custom work is inspired by your ideas and reference photos, but each set is handmade and may not be an exact replica of another artist’s work.

Frequently asked questions

Production begins once your design details and sizing are confirmed. Most custom sets are completed within 2–4 business days after sizing is received, unless otherwise stated.

You can start your custom request before you have your sizes, but I’ll need your final sizing before production begins.

Small changes may be possible before production begins. Once I’ve started creating your set, changes may be limited or require an additional charge.

Inspo photos are used as a reference. Because every set is handmade, your nails may not be an exact copy of another artist’s work, but I’ll use your inspo to capture the overall look and vibe and get it as close as possible to the inspo.

Not always. Some designs may require techniques, materials, or certain character artwork I don’t currently offer. If something isn’t within my current capabilities, I’ll let you know before moving forward.

I’ll review your request, confirm the details with you, make sure I have your sizing, and then your set will move into production once everything is finalized.
